Lee Bell - The Founder
Our story starts with Lee Bell, an electrician who spent years in the trenches, running projects and teams, and experiencing the grind firsthand. He lived the 60-hour work weeks, the unpredictable challenges of working in tier 1 construction and the constant stress of being chained to a position in a business that set high standards .
He quickly realized that passion and hard work weren’t enough. The most successful businesses weren’t just built on skill; they were built on strategy, systems, and unyielding control. He transitioned from being a worker in the pack to becoming its leader, learning the tactics and strategies that allow a business to thrive, not just survive.
He transformed his skill set from a chaotic time-sink into a industry leader. But he saw that thousands of other ambitious builders and contractors were still struggling with the same problems. He founded The Wolf of Construction to give them the same tools and strategic guidance that had changed his life.
